Hey all - just wanted to let you know that since a bunch of widgets have stopped working for this blog, I have made a new Blogger blog. I don't know why it's all working for the new blog and not this one but I've been working all morning to get the new blog going. Not much has changed with the looks but it will for a winter theme! So I hope you like it and find it easier to follow from now on! If you read my posts via Wordpress - no worries. That one is working fine and will stay the same.

The great thing is that long time fans will now have their chance to collect memorabilia they may have missed or they can get the new items. Friends come from many different places. Some you might even find in places you would never think they would be. And it can be sad when you can't hang out with them all the time.

Luckily for us, there are many ways to communicate. I always talk on Skype with my boyfriend. With my friends, I can talk to them through Facebook, Twitter, email and my personal favorite - writing letters (on very cute stationary of course!). It's more personal and you can decorate your letters any way you want. I also like to include little gifts when I can. I have friends in Europe, in other states and even just the next town over that I like to write to. I used to write often to friends when I was younger but now I am back into it and it's pretty fun!

One of the best parts about writing letters is finding cute stationary to use.You can find some really cute paper and other essentials on sites like ♥ Kawaii Shop ModeS4U ♥ and ♥ CoolPencilCase ♥.

Believe it or not, when I was little, I was a tomboy. I never liked Barbie and I always wanted to play with things like Transformers and Power Rangers. But there were always a few toys that caught my eye. Things like magical girls that had the power of colors or ponies that could talk and save the world.I actually collected some of the dolls (wish I still had them too). Some of the dolls like The Fairies of Cottingley Glen (pictured above) were some of my favorites.  I'm really happy I can collect them again and actually hold onto them this time! What are your favorite toys growing up?

Hello, little bunnies! Hope you're having a good weekend! Today is more of a discussion for you guys. I'm a new Loli but there is one thing I've noticed. I tend to like prints that involve stars, horses/unicorns and food. Even more of the accessories I tend to get have at least one of these elements. Maybe it's just my passions from my childhood when I was really into My Little Pony and the cute chubby stars from the Mario games. Whatever it is, I'm glad I am into the Lolita fashion because I can still love all of these things and wear them too! What are your favorite prints? Lolita or not.

Hi bunnies! Sorry today's post is a little late but I've been busy cleaning and rearranging my room to give my own little bunnies more play space!It's still in progress but I had to quit for the day because it's so late. Anyhoo, as you all know I was working really hard for a couple of months on a baby shower gift for my boss. The picture above is the finished gift! What do you think?

I've never made dolls before but the pattern packet I bought from Shelly worked out really well for me. Shelly owns the Etsy shop ♥ Gingermelon ♥. If you're like me and wanted to try to make dolls but too scared to try - make sure to check out Shelly's shop. She gives you very easy to follow instructions and she even gives her own recommendations on materials. It's all thanks to her that I was able to do this for my boss (who LOVED the dolls!).Thank you so much, Shelly! I'll definitely be buying more patterns in the future!

Early Halloween Planning! [ 09-08-2012]

I know it's a little early but yesterday I found out at work that the office holds Halloween events and contests!We can dress up in costume and also participate in a contest on baking and decorating what we make in the Halloween theme. Since this is the only time really that I can get away with what I really want to wear (aka Lolita and other fashions of the like - just bummed I can't wear stuff like that everyday or work in a place surrounded by it) I'm going to take full advantage! This year I think I'll do Fairy Kei/80s look and make a super duper adorable cake or cupcake. I'll take pics of what I do! This will be exciting!
